1. Who We Are

AI Sales Training (aisalestraining.net) is a personal blog and sales practice platform operated by JohnPaul Williams II. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit the site or use the AI trainer, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-KK5GPSQBNZ) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects your approximate IP address, browser type, device category, pages visited, and session duration. This data is aggregated — we cannot identify you individually from it. Google processes this data under their own privacy policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Subscriber Email

If you enter your email address to receive updates, we store that email in our database (Supabase). We use it only to send posts and updates from this site. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it for advertising targeting.

Account Data

If you create an account or subscribe to the AI trainer, we collect your email address and store an authentication session via Supabase. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or billing details.

Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs IP addresses, referrer URLs, and request timestamps for security and performance purposes. These logs are retained per Vercel's data retention policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the content and features you request
• To send email updates you signed up for (subscriber email only)
• To understand site usage and improve content (analytics)
• To maintain secure authenticated sessions (account holders)
• To process subscription payments (Stripe, for paid AI trainer access)

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with these processors to operate the site:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising networks or retargeting pixels.

5. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

6. Data Retention

Subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Analytics data is governed by Google's retention settings (default 14 months for user data).

8. Children

This site is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
